„Nôtove portréty prezentujú zvláštny druh prítomných okamihov. Dali by sa však ich prostredníctvom nazerať dejiny rovnako zvláštnych obrazov času? Čiže, dalo by sa povedať, že Nôtove fotografické portréty čímsi presahujú oné prítomné okamihy ich vzniku? Nazdávam sa, že áno, že tie fotografické obrazy prítomné okamihy presahujú, ale naisto nie, povedzme, príbehmi osobných kariér či drámami zaslúžených úspechov alebo ich nezaslúženého prehliadania.“

“Nôta´s portraits present a special kind of present moments. But could the history of equally strange images of time be viewed through them? So, could it be said that Nôta’s photographic portraits somehow transcend the present moments of their creation? I believe that yes, those photographic images transcend the present moment, but certainly not, say, the stories of personal careers or the dramas of deserved successes or their undeserved neglect.”
